All orders are dispatched by parcel courier only.
Shipping
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Dawn Wing Courier with tracking and drop-off with signature.
For example, should you order on a Thursday, dispatch will be Monday - assuming no intervening Public Holiday. Should you order on a Saturday, dispatch will be Tuesday - assuming no intervening Public Holiday.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as actual courier cost.
For door to door delivery anywhere in South Africa :
package weight up to 2 kg, door to door shipping cost R 125.00
package weight above 2 kg up to 10 kg, door to door shipping cost R 200.00
package weight above 10 kg up to 20 kg, door to door shipping cost R 350.00
package weight above 20 kg up to 30 kg, door to door shipping cost R 450.00
Delivery is by Dawn Wing Courier Economy shipping, with delivery times between one and four working days. Order tracking is provided.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately : shipping and handling fees will apply to each of them.
Shipping and handling costs per order placed on the web site are final : shipping and handling costs cannot be consolidated if the orders are placed separately.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Insurance
Packages are shipped insured. In the event of a package being lost by the courier company, you the customer have to claim from Dawn Wing, and there will be an excess payable by the customer to Dawn Wing for such a claim.
Returns
Returns are accepted up to one business day after delivery, provided the all the following conditions are met :
1. An RMA is created within one business day after delivery. [see below how to create an RMA ]
2. Items are unopened, undamaged, and still factory sealed.
3. The customer must arrange and pay for courier delivery to Justbullets.
How To Return An Item
In the unlikely case you must return your items to us, please follow these steps.
Create an RMA (return merchandise autorization)
- Log On to Your Account, in your accounts page click on Order History And Details.
- Find the Order with the product you wish to return, click the Plus sign and then Details.
- Scroll down the page to the Product/s in this order and check the item/s you wish to return.
- In the Merchandise Return section click on Make an RMA Slip.
- In the next page select the number of parts you wish to return and give an explanation for the return and click Make an RMA slip.
- Please allow up to one business day to review your RMA request.
- Once we review the request we will update the status of your Merchandise Return.
- You can check the status of your return by logging in to your account and clicking on My Merchandise Returns.
- Once the return is accepted your status will change to Waiting for package, at this time please ship the package to us, and provide the tracking number.
Justbullets will accept no liability for your return being lost by your courier, so please insure the package that you are returning.
